It is used as a vehicle to connect the business world and to facilitate the sharing of my Total Quality Management (TQM) application knowledge to strive for a long term profitability and sustainability objectives while building a foundation for a Continuous Improvement Culture to gain Organization Knowledge and Employee Development.
