My vision is to share my application knowledge in Total Quality Management for profitability to business owners, Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Leaders.
As a result
It was incorporated in Oct 2009. It is used as a vehicle to connect the business world and to facilitate the sharing of my Total Quality Management ( TQM ) application knowledge to strive for a long term profitability and sustainability objectives while building a foundation for a continuous improvement culture to gain Organization Knowledge and Employee Development
My Philosophy in the application of TQM

is freelance consulting firm serves within the region to assist Small and Medium Enterprises to improve profitability. The key approach is to develop a Continuous Improvement Capability within the organization.
In order to ensure highest quality of education, KIS Consulting conducts its consulting business by the owner of this company, Dr. Foong-PhD. He is the consultant as well as Facilitator to all the Continuous Improvement projects carries out at top management, executives and workers level. It adopted a “Learn by Doing” approach it all his undertakings and can be conducted off site or in-house.
Build Intellectual Asset
People come and go but company must retain knowledge. There , KIS Consulting helps to build up the intellectual asset of all training and learning during the duration of his consultancy and trainings. It may be done by either developing a facilitator certification program, or on-job training with real life projects. All project happenings are recorded to ensure knowledge are shared and improvement are observed.
In order to ensure effectiveness of improvement, a holistic approach to the improvement are evaluated. It begins with the leadership level , walk through the key processes and observe at the implementation at the shop floor. Bottle neck within the business processes are identified and prioritize for further improvement.
Continuous Improvement Opportunity
Environment changes due to market condition, people change due to turn over. Therefore Changes to the business processes are necessary to adopted to these changes in order to cope with new requirements. With this aspect, it is crucial for the leadership to reviews its process on a regularly basis and make correction along the way.
